These photographs are illustrative stock images from Unsplash. They do NOT depict the fictional Tweed/Byron demo properties, their locations, or an available property. Images within a gallery are separate visual references, not the rooms of one dwelling. Property names, features and prices are fictional. The hero intentionally reuses `byron.jpg`.

## Source and licence

All eight files were downloaded directly from Unsplash's image CDN as JPEGs. No competitor photographs were used. No Unsplash+ content was requested. Photographer identities have not been independently verified; we do not invent credits. Source image identifiers and original download URLs are preserved below for attribution/provenance.

The published standard Unsplash licence states that images can be downloaded and used free for commercial and non-commercial purposes without permission (attribution appreciated). Its longform grants an irrevocable, nonexclusive, worldwide copyright licence to download, copy, modify, distribute, perform and use images. It excludes compiling images to replicate a competing image service; images cannot be sold without significant modification. This use is an illustrative property-marketplace demo, not an image resale service. Other rights in depicted property are not independently represented or warranted.
